What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you approve, such as your name, email address and profile image. We also use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in.
If you purchase a pass, we retain purchase details such as the selected duration, activation and expiry timestamps, payment status and Stripe transaction identifiers. Stripe processes your payment information; we do not receive or store your full card number.
If you contact us through the Crisp chatbox, we receive the messages and information you choose to provide. Our hosting and support providers may also process standard technical information such as device, browser, IP address and service logs.
When you arrive through a partner or campaign link, we store a first-party visitor identifier and referral details such as the partner code, campaign parameters, landing page and referring website. This lets us connect visits and purchases to the correct marketing partner. We do not use this data to follow you across unrelated websites.
How we use information
We use this information to identify your account, provide trip access and setup instructions, answer support requests, attribute sales to our marketing partners, measure campaign performance, maintain service security, prevent abuse and improve connection quality. We do not sell personal information.
Who processes information
We use service providers necessary to operate the product, including Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, Crisp for customer support and our website hosting provider. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and support information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion through the support chat. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through chat.
