China Internet Pass
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Service scope
China Internet Pass is a short-term access layer for supported travelers, devices and applications. It requires a separate working internet connection, such as hotel Wi-Fi, mobile data, an eSIM or international roaming. It does not provide cellular data, a phone number or repair an underlying network that is offline.
Early access
The product is currently in early access. Features, supported devices, routes, prices and availability may change as the service develops. Any change will not reduce the duration of a pass you have already purchased.
Payments
Passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe securely processes payments and may collect billing information under its own terms. The final amount is displayed before you submit payment.
Testing, activation and duration
A new pass begins in Setup Mode so you can install and confirm the supported connection before travel. Setup Mode is intended for approximately 1 GB of reasonable pre-trip testing and does not start paid trip time. We may contact or restrict accounts that materially abuse Setup Mode. Activating starts the purchased number of consecutive 24-hour periods immediately. An activated pass cannot be paused, restarted or moved to different dates.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for your own lawful travel and communication needs. You must not resell access, share credentials outside your personal devices, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity. You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to you.
Reliability and refunds
Network conditions can change. Our supported-setup promise applies when your underlying Wi-Fi or mobile data works, your device and application are supported, and our team cannot restore supported access during an active paid pass. It does not cover offline networks, missing cellular coverage, unsupported devices or apps, banking and streaming restrictions, or third-party outages. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
24/7 connection assistance
After purchase, China-based connection assistance is available 24 hours a day through the Crisp chat on this website for Setup Mode and the active paid pass. Our team can help diagnose and restore supported ChinaPass routes and applications. You must retain a working underlying internet connection so that the website and support chat remain reachable.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every website or application will always be available. China Internet Pass is not responsible for losses caused by an underlying carrier, hotel network, device, third-party application or event outside our reasonable control.
