ABOUT CHINA INTERNET PASS
Built in China for travelers who cannot afford to lose access.
China Internet Pass is a paid, short-trip connectivity and support service for international visitors. We help travelers prepare before departure, then help them recover when the apps they rely on stop connecting in mainland China.
Install and confirm the setup while your normal accounts and recovery methods still work.
The service is tested and supported from inside mainland China, where traveler failures actually happen.
Current setup guidance covers iPhone, Android, macOS and Windows instead of treating mobile data as the whole problem.
During an active pass, travelers can open the Crisp chat bubble for connection assistance at any hour.
WHAT THE SERVICE DOES
One job: keep the traveler's essential connection usable.
We do not sell mobile data. A traveler still needs working Wi-Fi, a local SIM, travel eSIM or international roaming. China Internet Pass adds a prepared access layer, device-specific setup instructions, a primary and alternate connection method, and human assistance during the paid window.
- 01Prepare before flying
The traveler installs the supported client, imports the private subscription and confirms the required apps before the trip.
- 02Activate when ready
Setup Mode is available before activation. The purchased day count begins only when the traveler deliberately activates the pass.
- 03Recover with a person
If a supported setup stops connecting, the China-based support team helps identify whether the base network, device, route or app is failing.
HOW WE TEST
Evidence first. Marketing claims second.
Our public field-test method checks six named web surfaces through two prepared routes and records the date, city, underlying connection and runner. We will not publish the results table or allow it into search indexes until the code-enforced minimum includes two complete runs on two genuinely distinct China connections.
WHAT WE DO NOT CLAIM
The boundaries are part of the product.
- China Internet Pass is not an eSIM, mobile carrier or source of cellular data.
- It cannot repair hotel Wi-Fi that has no internet, restore missing mobile signal or bypass a broken captive-portal login.
- A successful web check does not prove that every native-app feature, bank, streaming service or company-managed device will work.
- Two connection methods on one server are resilience methods, not two independent server locations.
- We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, Shadowrocket, v2rayN or the other apps and platforms discussed in our guides.
